We are a small, home-based, family run company located in Townsville, North Queensland.
We began because of Jennie's passion for food gardening, food security and sustainability.
At the moment we are only small, but it is our vision to grow and expand to provide North Queensland with a one stop shop that promotes enviromentally responsible products and ideas.
Many of the products we sell are used by us - we like them and we hope you do too.
We try to follow a set of 'sustainable guidelines'. Most of the products will have one of the following apply:-
1. Can be reused many times, therefore reducing the need for plastic bags, bottles etc, many of which end up in landfill or the ocean. Or can convert green matter/organic wastes into compost/soil conditions e.g. Bokashi.
2. Australian Made or owned by an Austalian company and made ethically overseas.
3. Certified Organic.
4. Fair Trade.
5. Made from recycled products.
6. Made locally.
